winner11com.in is an independently operated website that provides information about the Winner11 betting exchange and helps users obtain and manage Winner11 IDs. We are not the owner or operator of the Winner11 exchange software. See our disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to take part in online betting where you live. Laws differ between Indian states; it is your responsibility to check them. We may refuse or close any ID where we believe these conditions are not met.

3. Your ID and Password

You are responsible for keeping your username and password private. We will never ask for your password or an OTP. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must come from, and withdrawals are paid only to, payment accounts in your own name. Processing times depend on banks and verification and are not guaranteed. Keep payment references until funds are credited.

You may not use the site or an ID for fraud, money laundering, multiple accounts to abuse offers, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend IDs involved in such activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses from betting decisions, exchange outages, suspended markets, bank delays or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
